PAINTER / TIMBER STAINING - SUPERVISOR

Permanent Full Time Position

As our Supervisor, you will be the crucial bridge between company management, our on-site team, and our clients. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate day-to-day operations across sites, and ensure our standards of quality are consistently met. While you will lead from the front, this is very much a hands-on role—you will regularly be on-site painting and guiding your team. This is a dynamic, full-time role suited for a natural leader with a strong background in painting and/or timber care, with plenty of room to grow as our company expands.

We’re looking for a motivated "2nd hand" who is genuinely passionate about their job, eager to take on real responsibility and grow with us. You’ll be a pillar of the business and a key part of our core team—and because we’re ambitious people who also want to see others win in life, you will be exceptionally well looked after.

Requirements -

• Must have valid NZ working rights

• Valid driver's license and own transportation

• Fluency in English is essential

• Minimum 2 years’ painting and/or timber care experience

• Leadership experience is a plus

• Must be comfortable working outdoors
