Graduate Accountant – Mount Maunganui

At Finlay Dykzeul, our graduate will hit the ground running from day one. You’ll work directly alongside our directors on real clients: local business owners, farmers, trusts, Iwi entities and growing companies across the Bay of Plenty.

What you’ll do

• Prepare annual accounts and tax returns for a varied client base

• Get involved early in advisory work, such as structuring, GST and tax questions, and helping business owners make decisions

• Sit in on client meetings and learn how good advice is actually given

• Build your technical foundation with structured support and regular feedback
