- Base salary up to $80k p/a (but is flexible for the right person) plus essential tools of the trade
- Monday - Friday roster plus occasional weekends when required

Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's logistics functions. You will lead from the front, bringing a practical, visible management style to support smooth day-to-day operations and deliver high standards across warehousing, stock flow, and customer fulfilment.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of 9 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
- Operational Management: Oversee end-to-end warehousing, including stock receiving, storage, yard operations, and dispatch.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all health & safety standards, machinery operations, and site compliance guidelines are rigorously maintained.
- Continuous Improvement: Work closely with store leadership to optimise inventory accuracy, stock handling, and space utilisation.
- Leadership Experience: 3 to 5 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Logistics & Warehousing Background: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing supply chain, inward/outward goods, or warehouse operations.
- Retail Experience: Experience within a large-format retail or hardware/building supply environment is highly desirable.
- Licences & Certification: Full, clean Driver's Licence. Forklift, Reach, and Combi licences (highly preferred/desirable). Class 2 / Class 4 Truck licence is a strong advantage.
- Leadership Style: A hands-on, proactive leader who leads by example on the shop floor, in the warehouse, and out in the yard.
