At Harbor Hotel & Casino, we are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and detail-focused casino Dealers to join our team. As a casino Dealer, you will be responsible for operating table games professionally, accurately, and entertainingly, ensuring a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for our guests.

Whether you are an experienced dealer or interested in starting a career in the casino industry, we welcome candidates with the right attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn. Training will be provided to successful candidates applying for the Trainee Dealer position.

The position

• Operate casino table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Poker in accordance with established rules and procedures

• Conduct games professionally, accurately, and efficiently

• Handle chips, cards, bets, and payouts with precision

• Provide friendly and engaging customer service to casino guests

• Ensure game integrity and compliance with casino procedures

• Observe player activity and report suspicious behavior or irregularities

• Maintain a clean and organized gaming table

• Work closely with fellow dealers, supervisors, and casino management

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent; MBO education is an advantage

• Previous casino dealing experience is preferred but not required

• Strong mathematical, communication, and customer service skills

• Fluent in English; Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamentu are an advantage

• Presentable, friendly, and confident personality

• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of integrity

• Able to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and complete dealer training, if applying as a Trainee Dealer

• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
