What You'll Do
- Be the face of the business. Welcome families, build relationships, and create memorable experiences.
- Lead your Bean Team. Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and develop employees.
- Grow the business. Sell memberships, book birthday parties, manage sales goals, and bring creative ideas.
- Own the details. Keep the location safe, clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Lead by example. Yes, that includes cleaning restrooms, mopping floors, and jumping in wherever needed.

No college degree required. Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, childcare, or customer service is helpful. Leadership potential matters just as much.
What You Should Know
- Full-time position; evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
- Active, sometimes loud environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Background check required.
