This isn’t a role where you stand back and watch. You’ll be right in the thick of it, supporting the Store Manager, leading the team, driving standards, merchandising, moving stock and spotting opportunities to make the store even better.

We’re looking for someone with:
Retail leadership experience, ideally within high-volume or large-format retail
A hands-on leadership style and a willingness to get stuck in
Strong merchandising and store presentation skills
The ability to manage and move large volumes of stock
Great planning, organisation and time-management skills
High standards and serious attention to detail
The ability to motivate, coach and develop a great team
Commercial thinking and an eye for opportunity
Energy, adaptable, resilience and a positive attitude
Keen to get involved in projects outside of your store from time to time
And importantly, the ambition to take the next step and become a Store Manager
