The Role
You’ll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, picking and packing orders using a voice headset system and operating a pallet truck.
Using a voice-picking headset, you’ll be guided around the warehouse to pick customer orders accurately and efficiently. No boring desk job here — you’ll be on your feet, moving around and keeping the orders flowing!

Day-to-day includes:
- Voice picking orders using a headset (voice picking role)
- Pick packing and preparing goods for dispatch
- Operating equipment (Pallet Truck)
- Manual handling and lifting (15–25kg)
- Meeting pick rate and accuracy KPIs
- Monday to Friday
- Immediate starts available

- A valid license
- Are physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
- Have good attention to detail and can work to targets
