Our printers run 24/7. On weekends, they're yours.

Special Studio designs and 3D prints furniture and objects in Mount Maunganui from recycled plastic.

Weekends: run production

Every Saturday and Sunday, you're in charge of the studio. You'll check finished prints and start the next jobs. You'll keep the printers running and deal with small issues before they become big ones. You'll follow clear step-by-step processes, and we'll train you on all of them.

Weekdays: pack and dispatch

On two weekdays of your choice, you'll pack orders and get them out the door. These days you'll work alongside the team.

The hours

• Saturday and Sunday: around 2 hours each, every weekend. You choose your start time.

• Two weekdays of your choice: 6–7 hours each.

That's up to 18 hours a week, with flexible start and finish times. The weekdays work around study, family or whatever else you've got going on. The weekends don't move.

You'll be a good fit if you

• are reliable

• like things done properly and notice when something's off

• are confident working on your own

• are happy doing hands-on, physical work

You don't need 3D printing experience. We'll teach you everything.
