Project Lending Analyst
Our client is an established Auckland non-bank lender that funds residential construction and development projects for builders and developers. They have a substantial loan book and strong institutional funding behind them. Their lending team is small and experienced, and it is busy enough to need another set of hands.
The role
Reporting to the Lending Managers, the Project Lending Analyst supports the full loan lifecycle, from credit writing through to drawdowns and loan administration. The business assesses construction progress in-house, so this role needs someone who reads plans and site progress the way a client-side QS does.
Key responsibilities
This is a rare move from client-side QS into the lending side of property. You will keep using the skills you already have, like reading a site, assessing a claim and knowing what cost-to-complete really looks like, and apply them to funding decisions.
Benefits
Please submit your application through the Seek ad. For a confidential discussion, contact Petra Bennett on 027 230 1554 or email [email protected].
