Job Description
We are seeking a Presales Architect with a strong background in End User Computing (EUC) and Microsoft technologies. This is a dual-role position combining technical presales responsibility with informal leadership of the local NSW presales function.
You will work closely with sales teams to shape opportunities, engage customers and develop solution outcomes across the Microsoft ecosystem. You will also provide day-to-day leadership, helping coordinate resources and support the successful progression of opportunities through the sales lifecycle.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support customer engagements across Microsoft End User Computing solutions
- Shape and qualify opportunities alongside sales and account teams
- Provide technical presales leadership across Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
- Contribute to Azure-focused opportunities where required
- Develop solution approaches, estimates and customer presentations
- Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions
- Act as the local NSW presales lead
- Support resource allocation and prioritisation across active opportunities
- Participate in sales cadences, pipeline reviews and opportunity discussions
- Mentor team members and promote presales best practices
Education/Certifications Required
- Demonstrated experience in a senior Microsoft presales role
- Strong experience supporting enterprise customer engagements
- Microsoft certifications highly regarded
Knowledge/Skills Required
- Strong Microsoft End User Computing expertise
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity services
- Understanding of Azure services and cloud adoption
- Strong solution design and presales capability
- Experience supporting sales teams through qualification and opportunity development
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Experience influencing customers and senior stakeholders
