We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven Intermediate Digital Marketer who bridges the gap between performance marketing and high-converting creative design. If you know how to build and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google, optimize Apple Search Ads for app downloads, and design the creative assets that stop the scroll, we’d love to have you on board.
Why Join Rocket Languages?
Competitive Compensation: We value your hands-on expertise and offer a package reflecting your impact.
Genuine Work-Life Balance: Flexible hours that adapt to your lifestyle and priorities.
Health & Wellness: Comprehensive private health insurance and a free gym membership.
Top-Notch Christchurch Office: Enjoy a modern workspace with air conditioning, dedicated free on-site parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and panoramic views of the Port Hills.

Supportive Culture: Work alongside approachable, low-ego teammates who value trust, experimentation, and continuous learning.
The Role
In this role, you will be the engine behind our customer acquisition and creative testing pipeline. You will not just configure dashboards; you will own the end-to-end execution, from writing ad copy and building visual assets to launching campaigns, tracking performance, and refining based on post-click data.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Execution: Build, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display), and the Apple App Store (Apple Search Ads) to drive web sales and app installs.
Creative Asset Production: Concept and produce eye-catching ad assets (static graphics, carousels, short-form motion/video clips, and display banners) using Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
Creative Testing & Iteration: Formulate hypotheses, script hooks, draft ad copy, and run structured A/B tests to systematically lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and lift Click-Through Rates (CTR).
Organic Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging day-to-day organic content across our primary social channels to support brand trust and community engagement.
Data & Attribution Analysis: Monitor core KPIs (ROAS, CPA, etc) across web and mobile app attribution, translating performance trends into your next creative sprint.
Store Optimization Support: Assist with creative assets for App Store Product Pages (custom product pages, screenshots, and promo banners).
At the very top of your cover letter, state your primary design tool of choice (e.g., Figma, Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and your favorite language you'd love to learn!
What You Bring
Demonstrable Paid Media Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on campaign management in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Practical experience or foundational understanding of Apple Search Ads (ASA) is a strong advantage.
A Tangible Creative Portfolio: Proven ability to create clean, engaging visual assets and write persuasive, conversion-focused English ad copy.
Design & Editing Tool Proficiency: Strong practical skills in tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere), or similar creative suites.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable navigating Google Analytics 4, ad platform reporting, and conversion tracking to understand what drives revenue, not just vanity impressions.
Execution-First Attitude: High organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to turn campaign concepts into live assets efficiently.
Bonus Points: Personal passion for language learning, experience in the North American market, or experience with short-form UGC-style video editing.
