Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our inpatient services team. In this role, you will provide essential care to patients of all ages, from birth through geriatric, to enhance their physical health and functional abilities.

Essential Functions
- Utilize critical thinking and sound judgment in patient care delivery.
- Perform treatment in accordance with accepted national, departmental, and evidence-based standards.
- Document all care activities in a timely and accurate manner to support medical necessity.
- Manage billing paperwork, ensuring accurate charges and authorizations are submitted.
- Demonstrate effective time management in alignment with departmental productivity standards.
- Engage in professional development activities and complete required education for licensure and certification.
- Provide supervision in accordance with state and federal regulations and professional standards.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment, goal setting, and discharge planning.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements related to insurance and accrediting bodies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Certification: Licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with state regulations.
Preferred
- Education: Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
Scheduling Requirements
Ability to work assigned schedules and hours as determined by departmental needs.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to exert over 25 pounds of force constantly, and/or more than 50 pounds frequently, and/or more than 100 pounds occasionally. There may be exposure to blood, bodily fluids, or tissues.
