Leasehand / Roughneck (Fixed Term) - Onshore Drilling Operations (Taranaki)

We are seeking motivated and reliable people to join our drilling crew as a Leasehand or Roughneck. These are physically demanding roles that involve working outdoors in all weather conditions, manual handling, equipment maintenance, rig operations, and supporting the safe and efficient drilling of petroleum wells.

What we're looking for:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual work.

• Commitment to health, safety, and teamwork.

• Ability to work 12-hour rostered shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Mechanical aptitude or previous industrial experience is an advantage.

• Current full driver's licence.
