Customer Service Superstar for our two facilities in Timaru!

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (with additional hours required from time to time)

Safeguard Self Storage is a 100% NZ-owned storage company, with a supportive management team and a wealth of knowledge in the storage sector.

We are looking for a Customer Service Superstar to be our next storage consultant, come join our team at our Two Timaru facilities!

To be successful in this role you will need:
• A clear, well-spoken phone manner
• A desire to help others in tough situations
• Prior customer service experience in face-to-face roles
• Prior sales experience, ability to upsell extras
• Have an empathetic and resilient nature that will help you stay positive even when the pressure may be on.
• Willingness to ensure your facility always looks in tip-top shape, from cleaning to gardening when necessary
• Ability to work towards KPIs
