As a Warehouse Associate, you'll do more than move products. You'll play an important role in helping Goodwill serve our mission while working with a team that values respect, teamwork, safety, and growth. What You'll Do Sort, organize, package, and prepare donated goods for processing or shipment Move, stock, stage, and store merchandise throughout the warehouse Receive, inspect, and organize incoming donations and inventory Load textiles and other materials into production equipment and work areas Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as trained Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations Follow all Goodwill Columbus safety policies and procedures Report unsafe conditions, equipment problems, or potential hazards Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Commitment to workplace safety Ability to lift, carry, sort, and move merchandise throughout the day Preferred Qualifications Warehouse, production, distribution, or logistics experience Forklift or pallet jack experience High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on job.
