What's Required: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIT Tools and processes Relevant experience should be a minimum of 2 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional, rest can be in any other HR tools like People soft,SAP,Darwinbox or EBS. Should have done at least 1 implementation projects as a Fusion HCM executive Compensation, Benefit + any other Fusion HCM Module (Good to have) Core HR, Absence, Talent or Payroll (must to have) Talent or ORC, Helpdesk, Learn or work life solutions or fusion communications or fusion advance control (Good to have) Should have hands-on expertise on Personalization, workflow, design studioExposure to HDL, OTBI Dashboards or SQL skills would be an added advantageAssist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. Interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
