Robert Half is working with a business based in Cambridge to recruit a Management Accountant to join its finance team.

The role would suit a part-qualified, finalist or qualified-by-experience Management Accountant looking to build on their existing experience and take on a position with scope to develop.
The Role
- Support the production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
- Contribute to the wider finance function, with exposure to group-level reporting and processes.
- Support the ongoing improvement of financial controls, processes and reporting.
The Ideal Candidate
- We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role and are comfortable working with financial information to support business performance.
- You could be part-qualified, studying towards your final qualification exams, or qualified by experience.
- Previous industry experience would be beneficial, alongside a hands-on approach, good analytical skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business.
