Job Description: Mobile & Web Test Automation Engineer

Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and/or Java for test automation.
- Expertise in mobile automation using Appium for Android and iOS.
- Experience with Android UIAutomator2 and iOS XCUITest.
- Hands-on experience in web automation using Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience developing scalable automation frameworks using Pytest/Unittest and Page Object Model (POM).
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or Behave using Gherkin.
- Strong understanding of mobile element identification using XPath, Accessibility ID, ID, and Class Name.
- Experience with advanced gesture handling, hybrid app testing, WebView handling, and context switching.
- Experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub.
- Experience testing on Android and iOS devices, including real devices and emulators/simulators.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with AI-driven testing approaches, self-healing frameworks, and AI validation agents.
- Familiarity with Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Basic API testing using the Python Requests library and Postman.
- Experience with Allure or Extent Reports.
- Knowledge of ADB, Appium logs, and Xcode logs for debugging.
- Experience with cloud-based device testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
- Focus on automation stability, performance, and optimization.
