The Opportunity
Working within our collaborative Adviser team , you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to Investment Advisers, ensuring both the team and our clients experience a seamless, professional service.
This role requires maturity, discretion, strong commercial awareness and the confidence to operate effectively in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Core responsibilities include:
Managing Adviser workflows and calendars
Preparing high-quality Excel analysis and reporting
Supporting client meeting preparation and follow-up actions
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
Coordinating client communications and internal processes
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and reporting efficiency
What We’re Really Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
Has solid experience in financial services or investment markets.
Extensive administrative and or operational experience.
Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident working with financial data
Confident in using AI applications i.e .ChatGPT, Claude,
Communicates professionally and builds trusted relationships
Demonstrates high attention to detail and absolute discretion
Is seeking stability and a long-term position within a high-performing team
