About the role

This role will be responsible for all aspects of fabricating high quality precast concrete products alongside the precast team. You will be proficient in all aspects of the production of precast concrete, coming to this role with proven experience in concrete production or a background in carpentry and capable of deploying manufacturing best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and setting out formwork for precast elements, placing reinforcing steel cages and cast-in items.
• Pouring, vibrating, and finishing of concrete.
• Working as a team to deploy the best manufacturing processes.
• Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining a safe work environment.

About you

• Experience in all aspects of precast concreting including carpentry and formwork but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions with a desire to complete work to a high standard.
• A safety-focused approach to work.
• Current drivers' licence and have reliable transport.
• Reasonable level of physical fitness and prepared to work outside in various conditions.
• Competent in making precast panels including steel fixing and tying.
• Reliable and honest with a solid work ethic.
