Role: Project /Program Manager (Finance)

Location: San Francisco CA-Hybrid-2x/week

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Overview: Seeking a senior-level PM to lead strategic, transformation, and agentic AI initiatives for a corporate Finance organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, manage timelines, coordinate user acceptance testing, and oversee change management.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of Project/Program Management with a proven delivery record.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with agentic AI solutions and strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of finance processes, resource planning, and risk mitigation.

Preferred

7+ years of Finance/Accounting experience (High-tech industry preferred).

Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, or Change Management.

Experience driving large-scale organizational changes and process redesigns.
