- To be responsible for the supervision of all activates pertaining to operating the Reservations Department. To achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profit.
team members - To review task process and staff productivity to ensure that work standards are consistently met
- To present ideas and initiatives to management in a clear and concise manner
- To actively support the Sales team to establish and maintain good relations with corporate accounts, travel agencies, airlines and other booking sources.
- To forecast existing and future bookings/rooms rentals and prepare forecast reports.
- 负责监督预定部所有的日常工作，达到尽可能高的住房率从而最大化客房收入和利润
- 审查任务流程和员工工作效率，确保始终达到工作标准
- 提出意见并积极管理以达到团队简明清楚的运营
- 积极支持销售团队，与公司团队，旅行社，航空公司及其他订房渠道公司建立并维持良好关系
- 预测现有的和未来的预订情况,客房出租情况并制作预测报表,维护团队的销售和服务标准
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
- Strong leadership & organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations functions
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
- 至少 3 年五星级酒店相同职位工作经验
