The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on, organised and customer-focused Branch & Customer Support Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Onehunga branch.

This is a varied, all-rounder position where no two days will necessarily look the same. You'll be the friendly face and first point of contact for customers, while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes across administration, order processing, sales support and general branch operations.

Working closely with the wider sales, operations and warehouse teams, you'll help deliver a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment.

You'll need to be comfortable working autonomously, as you'll often be the sole team member onsite, with support from a wider team based across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, website and showroom.
Provide friendly, professional and solutions-focused service.
Process and follow up customer orders, enquiries and backorders.
Maintain professional communication with customers and suppliers.

Administration

Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records.
Update CRM and business systems.
Process credit applications and documentation.
Prepare quotes and supporting documents.
Assist with customer onboarding and system/web-store training.

Sales & Team Support

Support the sales team with customer service and administration.
Assist with proposals and bookings.
Contribute to the success and growth of the Auckland branch.

Operational Support

Assist with receiving, picking, packing and dispatching goods.
Support showroom and occasional warehouse activities.
Assist with garment branding and other value-added services.
Provide general branch support as required.

About You

You will bring:

Proven experience in customer service, coordination, logistics or a similar role.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
A high level of reliability, professionalism and accountability.
Initiative to prioritise work and keep the branch in good running order.
A positive, can-do attitude and genuine customer-focused approach.
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
Comfort working in a varied role across customer service, administration and operational support.
A willingness to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities.

Desirable: Experience within warehouse, distribution, PPE, workwear, industrial supplies or a related industry, along with financial administration experience and confidence checking and reconciling information.
