The Program Supervisor provides for the overall administrative management, operation, and supervision of one of the DD high Behavioral Group Homes. The Program Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality services, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and the effective day-to-day functioning of the assigned program. The Program Supervisor provides direct services as assigned.

Starting Salary Range: $52,629.75 - $60,524.21

Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field or Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Or high school diploma with at least 3 years of professional experience and/or education in leadership role and/or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
• Registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as QMHP-T or QMHP is preferred.
• Experience providing supervision, program management and services development is preferred.
• Licensure or licensure eligibility as a Professional Counselor or Clinical Social Worker is preferred.
