PAK’nSAVE Riccarton is looking for an outstanding Store Manager to help lead the next chapter of our business. We are a busy urban supermarket with a great team, strong momentum and an exciting future.

We believe in developing people and creating meaningful career pathways. Our outgoing Store Manager joined us 11 years ago as Grocery supervisor and developed into an exceptional leader. We are now looking for someone ready to bring their own ideas, energy and ambition to Riccarton.

THE PERSON

You are an experienced retail leader with energy, ambition and a strong commercial mindset. You know how to get the best from people, understand operational detail and are comfortable making decisions and challenging existing thinking.

You lead with confidence, build trust, take ownership and make things happen.

You may already be a Store Manager, Operations Manager or senior retail leader ready for your next step. We are interested in your capability, leadership style and what you can bring to our business.
