In-Work NZ Limited (Inwork) is a leading provider of employment services to clients of the Ministry of Social Development (Work and Income). Inwork prepares clients and places them into sustainable employment across Auckland, Waikato, Wellington and Canterbury.

As an Employment Consultant you will be responsible for preparing clients to be work ready, and sourcing vacancies by approaching new employers, and placing your clients into suitable roles.

We are seeking highly motivated and organised Job Placement Specialists to join our Hutt Valley office. If you're a driven outgoing people person with a passion for sales we want to hear from you!

About you:

·         Comfortable calling and visiting new employers to source vacancies.

·         Ability to build rapport quickly with clients, employers, and external agencies.

·         A network of employers or the ability to build one.

·         Confidence to facilitate and present to groups.

·         An understanding of the support required to secure employment.

·         Recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential.

·         Highly motivated, proactive, and the ability to meet targets.

·         Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office and computers

·         Full (clean) driver licence, or the ability to quickly obtain one.
