- Soft Landscaping: Site preparations, planting, mulching, and general surface finishing.
- Hard Landscaping: Paving, concreting, building retaining walls, decks, and fences. -Safely and efficiently use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Lead smaller landscaping projects and collaborate with the team to ensure high standards and timely completion.
- Experience in landscaping
- Knowledge of both hardscaping (concrete, paving, decking, fencing) and softscaping (planting, mulching, lawns).
- Ability to operate landscaping machinery and tools safely
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead small teams when needed.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. -Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
- NZ Residency or a valid Work Visa is essential.
