If so, we are looking for an experienced long run foreman roofer to lead a small team of 4 installers in the Christchurch area.
Working across a range of residential roofing projects with a growing NZ owned and operated business who has a reputation for excellence and a strong presence in the local market for over 25 years. They design, manufacture and install bespoke metal roofing and cladding, including a full range of Longrun solutions.
About the role:
Seeking an Experienced Longrun Foreman Roofer OR someone who wants to take that next step in their career to oversee a small team of 4 staff working across the residential market with a focus on high quality workmanship. This is a full time permanent hands on role. Your main duties include:
Training and Mentoring staff
Quality checking finished work to a high standard
Reviewing site plans, measuring and ordering materials,
Liaising with clients and builders to manage lead times
Maintaining a safe working environment
Compiling weekly reports
What you will bring:
Strong problem solving skills with a focus on QUALITY
Experience in metal roofing and cladding
Experience overseeing a team and running jobs
Excellent verbal communication skills as YOU will be customer facing
A STRONG focus on safety
Either a full or restricted NZ drivers license

Paying up to $40.00 p/h
