You will be the first point of contact, handling tickets and resolving incidents related to our clients’ devices.

What you need:

- 1–3+ years of experience in Technical Support OR a technology-related degree with no experience (Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.)
- Strong networking troubleshooting skills (IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
- B2+ English communication skills (fluent and conversational)
