Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in Chelmsford, are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team and play a crucial role in their Private Client matters. 

Position: Private Client Solicitor
Salary: Negotiable
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Purpose:

• The successful candidate will join a supportive and experienced department, working with a broad range of clients on wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney and related Private Client matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing an appropriate caseload of Private Client matters, with support and supervision where required.
• Advising clients on wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.
• Drafting clear and accurate legal documents, correspondence and attendance notes.

Job Requirements:

• You will be a qualified solicitor with experience of advising on areas such as wills, probate, estate administration, trusts and/or lasting powers of attorney, together with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your time and workload effectively.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
