WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're keen to hear from people with experience in any of the following:
- Civil Labourers - General site work, digging, trenching, site preparation and assisting trades.
- Skilled Civil Labourers - Experience with drainage, pipe laying, concreting, roading, kerbing and earthworks.
- Machine Operators - Excavators, diggers, rollers, loaders and other civil machinery.
- Drainage & Three Waters Crews - Stormwater, wastewater, watermain installation and underground services.
- Civil Drivers & Operators - Class 2, 4 or 5 drivers, ideally with WTR endorsements.
- Experienced Civil All-Rounders - Those versatile guys who can jump on the tools, operate machinery and get the job done.

- Previous civil construction experience (preferred & ideal but not critical for general labouring roles).
- A great attitude, reliability and willingness to get stuck in.
- A strong commitment to health and safety.
- Ability to work well as part of a crew.
- Full Class 1 licence preferred.
- WTR endorsements, Class 2–5 licences, Site Safe and other relevant tickets are a bonus.
- Reliable transport and the ability to get to work.
- The legal right to work in New Zealand.
