About the Role
You will take ownership of your counter's success by leading your team to deliver personalised client experiences, achieve ambitious sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Create personalised client experiences through expert consultations and tailored product recommendations.
Build long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and outstanding service.
Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities and implement strategies to grow your business.
Set daily, weekly and monthly sales goals while monitoring individual and team performance.
Champion product knowledge and ensure your team is confident in demonstrating products and recommending complete beauty regimens.
Partner with Brand and Store Leadership to successfully execute product launches, events and promotional activity.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising, presentation and operational standards.
Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy and replenishment to ensure the counter is always client-ready.
About You
You'll be experienced in premium skincare and in a service environment.
You'll bring:
5+ years' experience in skincare and prestige beauty.
Previous management experience.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales results and identify growth opportunities.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for delivering personalised client experiences and exceeding expectations.
Experience within prestige beauty, skincare, in luxury retail will be highly regarded.
