• Lead overall business operations, commercial strategy, and P&L performance across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Drive profitable growth through new business development, customer relationships, and strategic sales initiatives.
• Oversee manufacturing operations, engineering, sales, and finance while developing a high-performing leadership team.
• Improve profitability through cost control, scrap reduction, labor efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bring strong manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in metal stamping, fabrication, or component manufacturing.
