Full-time • Days (No Weekends)

Assignment Details

Over 100 full-time equivalents (FTEs) across multiple emergency department locations, including one main emergency room and several freestanding emergency departments (FSEDs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of applicable experience required
• 5+ years of applicable experience preferred
• Strong current experience in emergency department leadership
• Metrics and accomplishments must be included in resume

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of unit operations and staffing.
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and promote quality outcomes.
• Manage departmental budgeting, including revenue and expense forecasting, and evaluate budget performance.
• Lead initiatives to enhance patient experience and customer satisfaction.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to standards of care.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and communication among clinical teams.
