About the role

This is a hands-on, varied role covering both online operations and warehouse work in a growing e-commerce business. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while getting visibility across the whole operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise advertising campaigns, including Google & Meta Ads

• Pack orders and manage stock levels

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations

• Create and update product listings on the website

• Handle customer service emails and messages

• Process orders and refunds

• Serve walk-in customers at the warehouse for in-store purchases

• Coordinate with suppliers and freight providers

• Prepare basic sales and advertising performance reports

• Assist with product photography and simple website content

About you

• Organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks

• Detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right

• Some experience in e-commerce, advertising, or warehouse work (or highly motivated from another background)

• Confident with computers and able to pick up new software quickly

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Friendly and comfortable helping customers face-to-face
