Supply Chain Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our small but mighty Operations team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of product flow. It would suit someone with a background in procurement or logistics who enjoys keeping things moving. Working alongside our Supply Chain Manager and Demand & Supply Planner, you will manage purchase orders, inbound shipments, supplier communication, QC information flow and inbound issue resolution. The goal is that our product is ordered and delivered at the agreed price, at the right time, from the right suppliers. You will work closely with suppliers, freight partners and our Warehouse, Finance and Sales teams, keeping our systems accurate and everyone informed.
Why this role matters
This role keeps product flowing into the business efficiently and cost-effectively, from factory to warehouse.
You will be the link between our suppliers, freight partners and internal teams, making sure everyone has accurate, timely information.
You will help protect stock availability by spotting delays and inbound issues early and following them through to resolution.
Key responsibilities
Raise and manage purchase orders in Airtable, including in-season replenishment POs, and reconcile supplier invoices against POs.
Manage inbound shipments from start to finish, from pre-booking freight with factories and forwarders through to arrival and final documentation. Check ETDs and ETAs daily and flag delays.
Track production lead times, factory milestones and open PO status. Produce inbound and PO status reporting and chase suppliers for updates.
Create and maintain SKUs and master data across our planning systems, keeping product data, freight rates and costs accurate.
Manage the team ticketing system and coordinate the flow of QC inspection results between factories, inspectors, decision-makers and suppliers.
Act as first point of contact when stock lands with faults, labelling errors, damage or quantity discrepancies. Document each issue clearly and negotiate fixes or cost recovery with suppliers.
Build strong supplier and freight partner relationships to secure the best delivery times, terms and freight costs. Monitor supplier auditing and ethical sourcing compliance.
Work closely with Warehouse, Finance and Sales on smooth inbound processes, on-time invoice payment and tradeshow support. Act as backup for the Demand & Supply Planner during leave.
What you will bring
Experience in a manufacturing, wholesale or product-based supply chain, ideally in purchasing, logistics or a related admin role.
Experience working with freight forwarders and a solid understanding of production lead times and the critical path from order to delivery.
Strong computer skills, especially Excel, with experience using ERP or planning software and confidence picking up new systems and processes.
Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail and data entry skills, with the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and the confidence to negotiate with suppliers to resolve product and packaging issues.
A well-structured, organised approach and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines under pressure.
A positive, team-first attitude. You'd rather over-communicate than under-communicate.
A background as a production coordinator in apparel or manufacturing will be highly regarded, as will experience with Cin7, Airtable or S&OP. An interest in hunting, fishing and the great outdoors is a bonus!
What success looks like
Purchase orders are raised accurately and on time, and supplier invoices reconcile cleanly.
Shipments are booked on time, ETDs and ETAs are current, and delays are flagged early.
Data across Airtable, Cin7 and our planning systems is accurate and complete, including at month end.
Inbound issues are raised promptly, resolved with suppliers, and costs recovered where appropriate.
Anyone in the team can see at a glance where every PO, shipment, ticket and QC result is at.
Why join us This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team in a role with broad exposure across purchasing, logistics and supplier management. You will work closely with many parts of the business and help shape the processes that keep our product flowing. For the right person, there is also a clear pathway to grow into supply or demand planning. If you enjoy a role that combines organisation, coordination, urgency and practical problem-solving, this is a chance to make a real impact.
If you are a motivated, detail-driven supply chain professional who loves keeping product moving, we would love to hear from you. Apply now with a CV and cover letter and tell us how your experience can help strengthen our supply chain capability.
Studies have shown that women and people from underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet 100% of the criteria, while others apply when they meet only some. If this role sounds like you, even if you don't tick every box, we encourage you to apply. You might be exactly who we need.
