We are seeking an exceptional person to join our team as a Registered Nurse. An individual that shares our passion for quality and high standard nursing care. Holly Lea Village Care Centre offers rest home, hospital level, and pallative up to end-of-life care.
Key Role Details & Requirements
Full time position with a minimum of 32 hours.
The hourly rate for this role is equivalent to Te Whatu Ora rates.
Inter Rai competency advantageous.
Ability to work on a rostered and rotating shift basis, including night shifs.
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand as a registered nurse, with aged-care experience.
The Successful Candidate will have
Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills.
Innate empathy and interpersonal skills with people in their latter years.
The ability to work independently.
The ability to assess residents, develop and review Personalised Nursing Care plans through skilled nursing assessment and accurate documentation.
Effective written and oral communication.
A strong solution-focused approach.
An appreciation and drive for high end quality care and service delivery.
