ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, commercially focused position managing the day-to-day ecommerce performance of an established consumer brand across the US and UK markets. You'll take ownership of Shopify operations, website performance, conversion optimisation and customer retention, ensuring the ecommerce channel delivers against commercial objectives.
Working closely with the wider marketing and creative team, you'll turn performance insights into practical improvements that drive revenue and profitability. It's an opportunity for someone who enjoys both the strategic and operational sides of ecommerce, with the ability to influence decisions and see the results of their work.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You'll bring approximately 4–6 years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce or website management, with strong hands-on Shopify expertise and a proven record of growing direct-to-consumer revenue. You're commercially minded, confident interpreting performance data and comfortable taking responsibility for both planning and execution.
International ecommerce experience, ideally across the US and UK, is important, along with an understanding of the operational requirements of selling across borders. You'll enjoy working independently, solving problems and collaborating with marketing, creative and external partners to deliver measurable results.
