- Minimum 3 years of hospitality sales experience
- Strong existing leisure client database and established industry relationships
- Proven track record of generating and converting sales opportunities into revenue
- Established relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs and leisure travel partners advantageous
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Proactive, target-driven and commercially focused
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong planning, organisational and administrative skills
- Professional and well presented
- Ability to work independently and manage sales targets
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Leverage existing industry relationships to generate hotel business
- Identify and secure new leisure sales opportunities
- Grow and manage key leisure and travel trade accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs and other industry partners
- Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets
- Manage sales enquiries, negotiate agreements and convert opportunities into confirmed business
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations and hotel site inspections
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotel's leisure market presence
- Work closely with Revenue and Marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging leisure travel opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and provide regular sales reports
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and account growth
