For the right person, window cleaning can be therapeutic – there's pride in seeing the results shine, and even more satisfaction knowing the client is delighted with the outcome. This full-time role combines hands-on window cleaning with supervising our window cleaning team.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Cleaning windows for residential and commercial clients – water-fed pole and traditional work

• Supervising and supporting our window cleaning team: quality checks, on the job training, helping new team members get up to speed

• Keeping standards high: following our SOPs and safety procedures (including working at height), and leading by example

• Handling callbacks and customer feedback with the team so every job is left right

• Providing friendly, professional service and communication with clients

• Using our job software for job details and notes

• Taking payments from clients (cash and EFTPOS)

What we're looking for

• Window cleaning experience – all levels considered, ideally 2–3+ years

• Experience supervising, leading or training others – a big plus, but not required

• Reliable, positive attitude and real pride in your work

• Respectful, friendly and professional with clients and colleagues

• Physically fit (some lifting up to 20kg, and work at heights)

• Full NZ driver licence (you'll drive our work vehicle)

• Available for occasional weekend overtime when required

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, on your own and as part of a close-knit team

• Must have the right to work in New Zealand
