1st Grade Teacher

Job Summary:  We expect you to create a flexible program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with students; to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for education in accordance with each student's ability; to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members.  Understanding of the Science of Reading is essential.  

Qualifications:  Must have valid Connecticut Certification Number: 305.

Salary Range: $51,056 (BA/Step1) through $112,079 (6th Year/Step 13)-Competitive Benefits
