White + Wong's and Sardine Cocktail Bar are on the lookout for experienced, energetic and confident hospitality superstars to join our Queenstown team!

We're all about bold flavours, great atmosphere and delivering memorable guest experiences. From busy restaurant services to cocktails flowing at the bar, no two shifts are ever the same!

We're looking for people who know their way around a busy venue, bring great energy to the floor and can keep their cool when things heat up.

THE ROLES

Wait Staff & Food Runners

  • Previous experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant (minimum 1 year preferred)

  • Confident managing a section and delivering polished, attentive service

  • Great food and beverage knowledge, with strong upselling skills

  • Excellent communication, multitasking and attention to detail

  • A positive, professional attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure

Bartenders

  • At least 1 year's experience behind the bar in a busy venue

  • Strong cocktail-making skills and sound wine knowledge

  • Barista experience and POS knowledge advantageous

  • Confident, personable and passionate about creating a great guest experience

  • Able to work efficiently and stay organised during busy services
