Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SFDC LOS Tester with strong expertise in testing Salesforce-based Loan Origination Systems (LOS) within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in validating end-to-end loan journeys, integrations, business rules, workflows, and lending products.

Must-Have Skills

Salesforce (SFDC) LOS Testing experience (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Retail Lending processes

Experience in testing the following loan products

Personal Loan (PL)
Home Loan (HL)
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Two-Wheeler Loan
Used Car Loan
New Car Loan
Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management
Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing
Experience with Jira/ALM/Test Management tools
API Testing using Postman or similar tools
SQL knowledge for data validation
Understanding of LOS workflows, customer onboarding, credit assessment, approval and disbursement processes

Key Responsibilities
Analyze BRD, FRS, User Stories, and Business Requirements.
Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Validate complete loan lifecycle journeys across SFDC LOS.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT support.
Validate interfaces between LOS and downstream/upstream applications.
Identify, log, and track defects through closure.
Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Users.
Ensure quality delivery within project timelines.

Preferred Skills

Banking Domain certification or exposure.
Salesforce platform knowledge.
Agile/Scrum project experience.
Automation testing exposure (good to have).
