  • Position Title

    • Warehouse Picker / Packer

  • Purpose

    • Complete warehouse duties including and primarily the pick and pack of orders on site in Lower Hutt.

  • Tasks and responsibilities

    • Pick and Pack orders as directed by Warehouse Team Lead

    • Other duties include product labelling, stock refill and other warehouse tasks.

  • Reporting To

    • Warehouse Team Lead

    • Outwards Team Leader

  • Minimum requirements

    • Read, write and speak English

    • Basic use of an Android device

    • Full function of all limbs and facilities 

    • Comfortable working/lifting with weights of up to 15kg - 20kg

    • (Preferred) License To Drive Reach Trucks / Forklifts

  • Personal skills, knowledge and attributes

    • Can do attitude

    • Team player

    • Physically fit

    • A keen attitude towards health and safety

    • Works well under pressure

  • Place of work

    • Seymour's Warehouse/s in the Wellington region

  • Performance measures

    • Line items picked (lines per day)

    • Pick accuracy (at least 97%)
