We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Christchurch-based Agritrade Contact Centre team.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll be helping customers every day, providing outstanding service, solving problems and ensuring enquiries are managed efficiently and professionally. You'll work closely with customers, stores, supply chain teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver great outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
- Providing accurate information, advice and support on Agritrade products and services
- Managing customer accounts, orders, enquiries and administrative tasks
- Assisting with customer issue resolution and following enquiries through to completion
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Supporting a range of Contact Centre functions as business needs require.
About you
You'll enjoy helping people and take pride in providing exceptional customer service. You'll be organised, adaptable and confident working with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
You'll bring:
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Accurate and efficient administration and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and customer systems
- Experience in a contact centre environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of farming, horticulture or the rural sector would be an advantage.
