About the role

Force1 Traffic specializes exclusively in Traffic Management. Depending on your experience and qualifications, your work may include setting up, maintaining and packing down temporary traffic management sites, helping keep road users, pedestrians and work crews safe, working with experienced crews on civil and infrastructure projects throughout Canterbury, following traffic management plans and health and safety procedures, and representing Force1 Traffic professionally on every site.

Key responsibilities

  • Setting up, maintaining and packing down temporary traffic management sites

  • Helping keep road users, pedestrians and work crews safe

  • Working with experienced crews on civil and infrastructure projects throughout Canterbury

  • Following traffic management plans and health and safety procedures

  • Representing Force1 Traffic professionally on every site

About you

  • A current STMS, TMO-P or TTM qualification, or a genuine willingness to train

  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Good communication skills

  • A reliable, professional and safety-focused approach

  • The ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions

  • A full Class 1 Driver License

  • A Class 2 Driver License is an advantage, but it is not essential for every role
