The Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be supervising daily operations, with the unique opportunity to work across our three dining experiences – from early mornings in our breakfast service to refined evenings in Essence and relaxed, vibrant moments at The Terrace. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about service leadership, excellence, versatility, and delivering memorable moments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional standards

Provide warm, attentive service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts as rostered

Train, lead and co-ordinate a team of passionate staff and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Confidently deliver menu knowledge and guide guests through our offerings at The Terrace and Essence, conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service

Set up and maintain dining areas to the highest standards of presentation and hygiene

Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, process financial transactions and ensure special requests and dietary needs are met

Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow

Uphold ROKI Collection’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint

About You

Previous supervisor experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café environment – ideally within luxury or boutique hospitality

Managers license is an advantage, or the ability to gain one

Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging personality combined with the ability to train and lead the service team

A genuine passion for food, wine, and service excellence

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork
