Titan Wealth Lending is expanding into New Zealand and we're looking for an experienced Lending Adviser to become our first adviser on the ground.
This is not a traditional mortgage adviser role.
As our Founding Lending Adviser in New Zealand, you'll have the opportunity to help establish and grow a new lending business operating under the Titan Wealth brand, supported by an established Australian lending team and the broader Titan Wealth network.
You'll work closely with the Australian leadership team while developing strong relationships across the Titan Wealth New Zealand network.
For the right person, this represents an opportunity to grow from Founding Lending Adviser into a future leadership position as the New Zealand business expands.

Titan Wealth Lending is a specialist lending and debt advisory business providing tailored finance solutions to private clients, business owners, property investors and developers.
We operate under the Titan Wealth brand and work alongside the broader Titan Wealth network to provide clients with a more integrated approach to their financial affairs.
Our Australian lending business has experienced significant growth across residential, commercial, business and property finance, and we are now bringing that capability to New Zealand.
Rather than relying solely on self-generated business, our New Zealand adviser will work closely with Titan Wealth advisers and their clients, creating a strong pipeline of warm lending opportunities through an established financial services network.
The Opportunity
As the first Lending Adviser within Titan Wealth Lending New Zealand, you'll take responsibility for managing lending opportunities from initial client engagement through to settlement and ongoing relationship management.
You'll have significant autonomy while being supported by an established lending business and broader international financial services group.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing warm lending referrals from Titan Wealth advisers and other referral partners
Providing high-quality mortgage and lending advice to clients
Structuring residential, investment and business lending solutions
Managing applications from initial strategy through approval and settlement
Developing strong relationships with banks and other lending partners
Maintaining excellent compliance, advice and file-management standards
Building long-term relationships with clients and identifying future lending opportunities
Working closely with financial advisers to provide coordinated client outcomes
Helping develop the systems, processes and culture of Titan Wealth Lending New Zealand
Contributing to the recruitment and development of the broader NZ lending team as the business grows
About You
We're looking for an experienced adviser who combines technical lending knowledge with strong commercial judgement and exceptional client skills.
Ideally, you'll have:
Proven experience as a Mortgage or Lending Adviser in New Zealand
Strong knowledge of the New Zealand residential lending market
Existing relationships across major banks and lending institutions
The qualifications and regulatory requirements necessary to provide regulated financial advice in New Zealand
Strong credit assessment and loan-structuring capability
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
A high level of personal accountability and attention to detail
A strong understanding of compliance and advice obligations
The confidence to work with high-value private clients, business owners and property investors
An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help build a business, rather than simply fill a role
Experience across commercial, business or property development finance would be highly regarded but is not essential.
