We're a small, busy team and we're growing places! Now we're on the lookout for a motivated Sales Rep who can take us even further.
In this role, you'll take ownership of an established customer base, building strong relationships, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to grow sales.
You'll be working with a wide variety of customers, from corporate businesses to clubs and sports teams, so no two days will be the same!
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, is confident having sales conversations and knows how to turn great customer relationships into new opportunities.
As part of our small team, you'll work closely with your colleagues to ensure customers receive exceptional service from their first enquiry through to their final order. You'll be happy to pitch in, share information and support others to get the job done.
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, you'll be proactive in keeping in touch with customers, following up on opportunities and making sure they're well looked after. You'll have strong communication skills, an eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
You'll also know your way around a computer. Don't worry, we'll train you on our systems!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You'll be all over customer relationships and sales growth. Duties include:
Account management. Proactively contacting existing customers, maintaining relationships and understanding their ongoing needs.
Sales growth. Identifying opportunities to increase sales by introducing customers to new products and solutions.
Sales proposals. Preparing quotes, recommending products and presenting solutions that meet customers' needs.
Customer follow-up. Following up on quotes and opportunities to convert enquiries into orders.
Order management. Processing customers' final orders and ensuring they're managed through to completion.
Teamwork. Working alongside the wider team, sharing information and lending a hand to ensure customers receive great service.
We're a small team, so you'll need to be a bit of a jack-of-all-trades, happy to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
Demonstrated sales experience and an ability to build customer relationships are desirable, but you can also charm us with your personality, confidence and can-do approach. A valid NZ driver's licence is a bonus.
