At Racers Edge, our Stock Processor plays a huge part in delivering the legendary customer experience we’re known for. From receipting incoming stock and managing customer orders through to warranties, pricing, transfers, and inventory control, you’ll be the engine room that keeps our stores operating at their best.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’re self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and enjoy having the autonomy to manage your workload, stay focused, and take ownership of getting things done right.

Your role will involve:

• Processing incoming deliveries and receipting stock accurately into Retail Express

• Pricing, ticketing and preparing stock for the shop floor

• Managing customer orders, special orders and staff purchases

• Investigating stock discrepancies and maintaining inventory accuracy

• Running reports including negative stock, layby balances and cycle counts

• Managing warranties and repairs, including supplier and customer communication

What we’re looking for in you:

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory, retail operations or a similar role

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Confidence working with systems and data entry

• The ability to prioritise and stay calm in a fast-paced retail environment

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving

• Experience with Retail Express would be an advantage

• A passion for the outdoors or experience with outdoor products is a bonus
